Dear Omega: During Black Belt Week we are privileged to have Hanshi Pano Perdaris visit us from Colorado. He is our OTF 10th DAN Grandmaster and is also a leader in Tai Chi and loves to practice and teach this wonderful art. Women’s Self Defense Seminar February 2020

Many of you have asked when the next Alpha Women's Self Defense session will be.  We are offering a beginner 4 week course this month in February.  The classes will be held from 7:30 - 8:30 PM each Thursday in February.     This class is for any and all women from ages 13 and up to adult.  The price is $100 for the 4 sessions.  There is a $10 discount for additional family members that attend together.     If you are interested in attending, then please call at (801) 318-6264.
