Dear Parents and Students: A few announcements to pay attention to: 1.  Next week (Jan 29 - Feb 1) will be OMEGA Sparring Week.  Please bring gear to your classes (if you have it.  If not, no problem). 2.  For those of you that are interested, we are doing another 5 week session of our Alpha Self Defense Program, starting next Wednesday, January 31, from 7-8 PMish.  This program will go for 5 weeks on Wednesday nights and the cost is $65 ($85 with the Alpha T-Shirt).  This program is for all women and also teenage young women.  If you are [...]

Dear Parents & Students: For 2018 I wanted to create a challenge for all Omega students to complete throughout this year.  I am calling it the "I AM AWESOME" Award!  Let me explain what this is. Chance Moffett – Gold & Grand Champion

A huge shout-out to Chance Moffett who competed at the Friendship Open Tournament on Saturday won Gold in his Forms division and then went on to win the Forms Grand Champion Award!! We also tell you the meaning behind your belt. After you tie your belt, then ends should be even and balanced.
