We had such a great turnout from January's Teamwork challenge! Thank you for all who have participated! We hope doing these extra activities outside the studio are helping to reinforce the values we teach at Omega. February's Challenge is on Courtesy! Activities include -- holding the door open for someone, using manners, giving up your set so someone else can site, sharing your toys, smiling at someone each day, making eye contact, giving compliments and more!
