Dear Omega parents and students, In response to the COVID-19 efforts state-wide, we will be making some temporary modifications to our regular class schedule to create smaller class sizes. We are and will continue to follow the recommendations of the Utah County Health Department, Nebo School District, and the Utah State Governor. Many of you have asked when the next Alpha Women's Self Defense session will be. We are offering a beginner 4 week course this month in February. The classes will be held from 7:30 - 8:30 PM each Thursday in February. This class is for any and all women from ages 13 and up to adult. The price is $100 for the 4 sessions. Tai Chi/Qigong combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises. It is non-competitive and non-violent. These low impact moving meditations include standing and balancing.
