Please bring all sparring gear to classes this week. 2. Friday, December 1st - Black Belt Candidate Pretest from 6 - 9 PM at the Springville Studio. A huge shout-out to Chance Moffett who competed at the Friendship Open Tournament on Saturday won Gold in his Forms division and then went on to win the Forms Grand Champion Award!! TOURNAMENTS: When I was young, I used to LOVE to compete in martial art tournaments! My favorite thing to compete in was point sparring. This was back in the day when you weren’t required to wear head gear in a point sparring match (I miss those days).
