July Summer “Camp” Classes

2020-06-28T15:13:30-06:00Categories: Springville|

In previous years, we have been able to hold large summer camps during the month of July. This year, instead of doing large group classes, we will be doubling the time in each class from July 1 - July 14 (first 2 weeks in July) so that all students will still receive their 8 monthly tuition classes within this two-week period. The last 2 weeks in July the studio will be closed for summer break. The July classes will be 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the program, with class sizes similar to what we currently have [...]

Low-Risk Phase Class Transition

2020-06-28T15:32:10-06:00Categories: Omega News, Springville|

It has been a few weeks since Governor Herbert modified the state to "Yellow" or Low-Risk Phase. During the Moderate-Risk Phase, we have been practicing in-studio with ultra-low class sizes and class times. Because our students and instructors have continued to use safe and responsible distancing and sanitizing, we are modifying classes again slightly beginning June 1.  The new schedule looks similar to what you are used to at Omega, but the classes will remain between 10-30 people (including all instructors), with most classes at 15 or fewer. The new Springville summer schedule is posted HERE. If you or someone [...]

Moderate – Risk Phase Class Transition

2020-06-28T15:31:07-06:00Categories: Omega News, Springville|

Thank you for your continued support and flexibility during this pandemic! We are happy that the state of Utah is moving forward and is now at the "Moderate Risk" stage. We will be working safely and responsibly to re-introduce small, in-person classes at the studio. In order to keep small classes, the class length will have to remain shorter, approx. 30min in-person, so we can keep a good rotation. Starting Monday, May 11th, Omega Springville will begin offering small classes in the studio and keeping to the state-wide guidelines of gatherings of 20 people or less.  More information is to [...]

COVID-19 State Recommendations and Omega Schedules

2020-03-13T09:08:28-06:00Categories: Omega News, Springville|

Dear Omega parents and students, In response to the COVID-19 efforts state-wide, we will be making some temporary modifications to our regular class schedule to create smaller class sizes.  We are and will continue to follow the recommendations of the Utah County Health Department, Nebo School District, and the Utah State Governor. This does not apply to schools or businesses.” “Those over the age of 60 and those with compromised immune systems should avoid gatherings of more than 20 [...]
