Dear Parents and Students: A few announcements to pay attention to: 1. Next week (Jan 29 - Feb 1) will be OMEGA Sparring Week. Please bring gear to your classes (if you have it. If not, no problem). 2. For those of you that are interested, we are doing another 5 week session of our Alpha Self Defense Program, starting next Wednesday, January 31, from 7-8 PMish. TOURNAMENTS: When I was young, I used to LOVE to compete in martial art tournaments! My favorite thing to compete in was point sparring. This was back in the day when you weren’t required to wear head gear in a point sparring match (I miss those days).
