New Omega Tai Chi Program
Dear Students, Parents, and Tai Chi Enthusiasts in Utah County, We are happy to announce the addition of Tai Chi/ Qigong to our Springville studio! Tai Chi/Qigong combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises. It is non-competitive and non-violent. These low impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. Although qigong and tai chi are excellent fitness activities for beginners and people with health conditions, elite athletes also benefit from doing the slow movements, because they provide mental and spiritual balance to the physical body and a deeper understanding of the mental mechanics of movement and combat.
