Dear Parents and Students:
If you are reading this email then you or your Omega student is getting ready to test for his/her next colored belt rank on Saturday, September 19th. There are some very important deadlines that you need to be aware of regarding the final preparations for testing.
1. You or your student needs to have completed ALL of the progress stripes, including the last Overall Review Stripe no later than this coming Saturday, September 5th.
2. The following things need to be turned into the office no later than Saturday, September 12th (before the deadline is preferable):
– Written Paper
– Test Fee
– Parent Letter stating that student is doing well in school (if student is not doing well in school and you feel that they need to get some grades pulled up before they are allowed to test, then please call me)
– Proof of Practice (either Practice Cards or letter from parents)
